Truck crushes woman to death in Warri

Woman yet to be identified was crushed to death by an articulated tipper in Mofor Junction, Udu road, Warri, Delta state.

The incident occurred on Saturday morning at about 7am when the tipper crushed the woman on a motorcycle.

The woman was said to be returning from a night vigil when the truck crashed on the bike.

The woman died on the spot, while the Hausa rider escaped without being harmed.

However, the body has been evacuated and deposited in a nearby morgue.
