11 People Trapped As 4-Storey Hotel Collapse In Abuja

A four storey building under construction has collapsed in Abuja, the country’s capital, Monday, July 3, 2023.

The incident which left eleven people out of twenty trapped in the rubble occurred at Dape, Life Camp, in Abuja.

It was reported that the building which was under construction is said to be owned by one of the high ranked hotels in the country’s capital city, Abuja.

The collapsed hotel was said had an underground facility, and had not less than 20 persons trapped after collapsed.

However, the official of the Federal Capital Territory Emergency Management Agency, stated that out of twenty persons trapped, nine had been rescued as of late night on Monday, July 3.
