IPF Salutes Deacon Kingsley Otuaro on Birth Anniversary

The Ijaw Publishers’ Forum (IPF) has released a heartfelt goodwill message on the occasion of Deacon Kingsley Brutu Otuaro’s birthday. In a statement issued today, the IPF congratulated Otuaro, the immediate past deputy governor of Delta State, for his extensive contributions to public service and the advancement of the region.
