Chief Moni Celebrates Chief Otuaro, PAP Boss on Birth Anniversary

The Sukereowei 1 of the Operemor Kingdom in Burutu Local Government Area of Delta State, Chief Ebis Moni has felicitated Chief Dr Dennis Otuaro, Administrator of the presidential Amnesty programme PAP on his birthday celebration.

This was contained in a statement signed by himself which a copy of it was sent to Congress correspondent in Warri on Tuesday.
