Anxiety as 6 dead bodies found in Egbema/Benin River

Pandemonium in Egbema Kingdom in Warri North Local Government Area of Delta state has six alleged mysterious male corpses found floating in Benin/Egbema Riverl on Friday.

Congress gathered that the incident had caused serious tension in the area, as the corpses were yet to be identified by residents.

A community source told our correspondent that the deceased bodies were tied with rope and some essential parts were removed from the bodies by their assailants.

The source said various communities in the area have been informed to come and identify the corpses.

According to the source, the cause of the death of a whole six suspected male bodies is yet to be ascertained.

However, the police authority could not be reached for confirmation at the time of filing this report.
