Biden vows to retaliate killing of 12 US soldiers in Afghan

The president of the United States, Mr Joe Biden has cried aloud over the gruesome killing of Twelve US soldiers in Afghanistan on Thursday.

Congress gathered that about Twelve US soldiers were killed in a succide attack in Afghanistan Yesterday, an attack suspected to have been carried out by the rampaging Talibans in connection with ISIS-K.

The US president in a swift reaction, said the perpetrators of the dastardly act would not be forgiven and they should expect counter attacks from the United States.

In his words:” An attack by a group known as ISIS-K, took the lives of American service members standing guards at the airport and wounded several others seriously.

“It also wounded a number of civilians and others were killed as well. Live-it is an overused word but it is totally appropriate- they were heroes. Heroes who have been engaged in dangerous, selfless mission to save the lives of others.

“They were part of an airlift and evacuation efforts unlike any seen in history with more than 100,000 American citizens, American partners, Afghans who helped us and others taken to safety in the last 11 days.

“To those who carried out this attack, as well as anyone wishes America harm know this;
We will not forgive. We will not forget. We will hunt you down and make you pay. I will defend our interests and our people with every measure at my Command.

“We will not be deterred by terrorists. We will not let them stop our mission. We will continue the evacuation. I have also ordered my commanders to develop operational plans to strike ISIS-K asserts, leadership and facilities”.
