A renowned Niger Delta activist, writer and political analyst, Mr Ekanpou Enewaridideke has described Comrade Ozobo Austin, the president of the Ijaw Publishers’ Forum, IPF as an activist consciously building an emancipation consciousness and conscientization into an institution bound to outlive his generation and beyond.

Ozobo who is a frontline chairmanship aspirant of Burutu LGA in Delta state had been commended by friends and well-wishers of his selfless sacrifices and contributions towards building an egalitarian society for Ijaw and Niger Delta people following his birth anniversary on Monday March 5, 2024.

His emergency as the president of Ijaw Publishers’ Forum, IPF, in the just concluded election of the Ijaw media practitioners nationwide was as a result of his commitment to service of his mother land and a move to rewrite Ijaw balkanized story.

The statement reads, “Happy birthday to Comrade Ozobo Austin, an activist consciously building an emancipation consciousness and conscientization into an institution bound to outlive his generation and beyond…Again and again, I wish you a glorious birthday and many unfailing returns of this your special day so that your envisioned emancipation institution can be successfully and sustainably built”, Ekanpou added.
