BREAKING: PAP Phase 3 Elects Slabor As New National Chairman

The Delegates of the Presidential Amnesty Programme , PAP Phase 3 has elected general Elaye Slabor as its National Chairman.

The election which was held in Edo State had the presence of over 200 Delegates from Rivers, Bayelsa, Delta, Ondo and Edo States.

Congress learnt that the position of the national chairman was contested by five delegates such as Gen. Elaye Slabor, Innko Brightstar both from Bayelsa State, others are Onariode Diyo Darlington from Delta State, Victor Ndutimi from Rivers and Taye Tiemo from Ondo State.

In a statement by the eleco chairman, Gen. Markson Isere, Gen. Clement Ofowel Member, Gen. Wilberforce Momos Secretary, Gen. Royal Okolobawel Member and Gen. Ogidigba Godstime, P.R.O said over 200 delegates from five states arrived the venue in Benin City, Edo State at 9am prompt on the 16 day of September, 2023.

The statement reads, “After much consultation all four aspirants stepped down in the field for Gen. Elaye Slabor making him a consensus candidate for the position of the National Chairman and was declared winner after scoring 185 votes as the 4 National Chairman Elect of Phase 3 Amnesty leaders for the period of two years.

“Other Exco members elected are: Gen. Amokachi Perete – National Vice Chairman, Gen Peter Bighead -Secretary, Gen. Brightstar Innko – Publicity Secretary, Okoro Epere-Spokesman and Victor Ndutimi-P.R.O.
