BREAKING: Supreme Court affirms Fubara as Rivers governor

The Supreme Court has affirmed Sim Fubara as the duly elected Governor of Rivers State.

Recall, the governorship candidate of the All Progressives Congress, APC, in the 2023 election in Rivers State, Patrick Tonye-Cole had challenged Fubara’s victory in the election.

But the Supreme Court, on Thursday, affirmed that Fubara was duly elected.

The supreme court decides in Fubara’s favour amid crisis with the Minister of the Federal Capital Territory, FCT, Nyesom Wike
