Day 4 of the Passage Rites of Bigborogha II: Vibrant Cultural Displays Thrill Kiagbodo

The traditional headquarters of the ancient Ngbilebiri-Mein Kingdom, Kiagbodo, was abuzz with activity as a massive crowd gathered to witness the fourth day of the passage rites of Bigborogha II. The event showcased an array of colorful cultural displays, highlighting the rich heritage of the kingdom.
Communities such as Oyangbene, Kiagbodo, Ayakoromo and Ogbeingbene presented powerful cultural and masquerade performances, mesmerizing the audience with their energy and creativity. The vibrant displays were a demonstration of the diversity and richness of the cultural traditions in the kingdom.
As the passage rites continue, Kiagbodo remains the epicenter of activity, with the communities coming together to pay their respects to the late Bigborogha II. The event has become a celebration of the kingdom’s history, culture, and unity.
