DC-2023 Felicitates With Amori For Emerging As PDP Deputy Nat’l Organizing Secretary

The Delta Central 2023 (DC-23) lobby group, has felicitated with Senator (Chief) Ighoyota Amori for being elected as the new Deputy National Organizing Secretary of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP.

Amori, who doubled as the National Chairman of DC-23, emerged as Deputy National Organizing Secretary of the party of PDP, after he was returned unopposed in the just concluded National convention of the party held in Abuja.

This was contained in a statement by the National Publicity Secretary of DC-23, Olorogun Arthur Akpowowo which sent to Congress correspondent on Monday.

The publicity secretary described the election of Amori as Deputy National Organizing Secretary as a square peg in a square hole.

According to DC-23, Amori would definitely make the PDP proud as he is very creative, innovative and determined to make the difference in any position assigned to him.

The group urged Senator Chief Ighoyota Amori to use his new office to promote unity, fair play and enthrone internal democracy within the party’s fold.

The statement read partly:“we congratulate the elected Deputy National Organizing Secretary elect of our great party, PDP, other elected officials, leaders of the party, governor of Delta State, Senator Dr. Ifeanyi Okowa, Chief James Onanefe Ibori, Dr. Emmanuel Uduaghan, the delegates and every member of our great party on the successful conclusion of the elective convention, held 30th and 31st of December, 2023 in Abuja.

“It is, therefore our prayers that the almighty God, shall direct the steps of the National Chairman-elect, Deputy National Organizing Secretary-elect and the other elected officials, in their avowed determination to enthrone internal democracy and repositioning of the party towards achieving the desired overwhelming victory in the forthcoming 2023 general election”, it asserted
