Delta Youth Leaders Congratulate Oborevwori on supreme court victory

Renowned non-governmental under the auspices the Coalition of Delta Indigenous Youth Leaders Forum, an apex Youth body in Delta State has congratulated the governor of Delta State Elder Sheriff Oborevwori for his supreme court victory on Friday.

The group described the victory of as a true reflection of democracy, a clear indication that Deltans truly voted him into power.

This is according to a statement signed and issued by its national president, Comrade Gometi Crested  on Friday.

The statement reads, “As we have always said, the MORE Agenda is in line with the new Delta State of our dream and all well meaning Deltans should see it as a golden opportunity to rewrite the wrong and work in unity towards achieving the long awaiting new Delta of our dream.

“We call on all political parties and relevant stakeholders to look beyond party centimeters and join hands with this administration to achieve the MORE Agenda which addresses our corporate interest without trace to party sentiment”, he added.

The group also charged Sheriff to run an all-inclusive government and create room for competent stakeholders irrespective of political parties to be part of the driven force of the MORE agenda.

“We are totally convinced that this administration would exceed expectations as the starting point has demonstrated competence and willingness to serve.

“We use this opportunity to call on all Deltans, especially the Youths to create a peaceful atmosphere in our respective areas to accommodate the meaningful development captured in the MORE agenda.

“On behalf of the teeming Youths of Delta State, and Deltans at large, we say a big congratulations to His Excellency Rt. Honourable Sheriff Oborevwori for the well deserved victory”.
