Family Bids Farewell to Late Wilson Agediga with Emotional Service of Songs

The family of the late Hon. Wilson Independence Gege Agediga gathered to pay their respects and celebrate his life at a heartfelt service of songs. The event, held at his compound at Ukuisoko road, Jakpa, Uvwie local government area , near Warri, Delta State.
The service of songs was presided over by the Shammah Zion Ministry in Sokobulo community. The officiating Pastor (Mrs) Laura Andafa spoke on the theme: “Weep, Wipe, and Wake-up,”.
The minister took her text from Genesis 8 vs 22, John 3 vs 24, and Psalm 126 vs 6. Pastor Laura’s sermon emphasised the importance of repentance and living a life that leaves a lasting legacy for loved ones.
The congregation and personalities from various walks of life, joined the family in mourning the loss of their beloved son, father, and friend. Hon. Wilson Agediga passed away at the age of 64 after a brief illness, despite receiving prompt medical attention.
The service was a poignant tribute to his memory, with eulogies and hymns that honored his life and legacy. Pastor Laura offered words of comfort and prayed for God’s guidance and strength for the family during this difficult time.
The service of songs marked a significant step in the farewell journey for the late Hon. Wilson Agediga, as his loved ones continue to cherish memories of his life and legacy.
