Gov Oborewori Submits List of 6 Commissioner Nominees to Delta Assembly

Governor Sheriff Oborevwori has forwarded the names of six commissioner nominees to the Delta State House of Assembly for screening and confirmation. The nominees are:

1. Val Arevenka

2. Peter Uviejitobor

3. Trakiriowei Harry ThankGod

4. Ebikeme Clark

5. Sunday Tataobuzogwu

6. Okocha Nduka Benjamin

The Governor’s letter, read during Tuesday’s plenary session, cited Section 192 (2) of the Nigerian Constitution (1999 as Amended) as the basis for the nominations. The Speaker, Rt. Hon. Emomotimi Guwor, directed the nominees to submit 35 copies of their curriculum vitae by July 17, 2024, and appear for screening on July 18, 2024.
