Just In: IGP confirms Edafe as new Police PRO, Delta Command

The former Acting Delta State Police Public Relations officer, PPRO, DSP Bright Edafe has been confirmed as the new Police PRO in Delta state by the Inspector-General of Police, Usman Baba Alkali

According to a statement by the 2IC PPRO, ASP Edna Bassey disclosed that the Inspector General of Police Usman Baba Alikali has approved the posting of DSP Edafe Bright as the new spokesperson of Delta State Police Command with immediate effect.

“The new PPRO holds a Higher National Diploma (HND) from Federal Polytechnic Ado-Ekiti. He was also a former Administrative Officer, Area Command, Asaba and equally served in Ekiti State Police Command.

However, the 2IC PPRO has appealed to the general public and journalists to accord the new PPRO the same support that was given to his predecessors.
