The leadership of Meinbutu Federated Elders Council worldwide has categorically denied owing to a Facebook account where alleged secret documents were posted and circulated.

The elders council, in a statement by Chief Ebis Moni, Sukereowei 1 of Operomor Kingdom in Delta State condemned attacks and blackmails against Dr Dennis Brutu Otuaro, PAP administrator and High Chief Government Ekpemupolo alias Tompolo by one Jude Gbaboyor, Boyloaf’s secretary.

Meinbutu’s leadership claimed that they’re unaware of revealing any secret documents that have to do with Ben Ebikabowei, alias Boyloaf as they own no facebook account to that effect.

The group leadership said the purported Facebook account may be created by enemies just to discredit the group and create acrimony in the system.

However, they said the alleged secret document was posted and published in various national newspapers since 2020, citing that the said Jude Gbaboyor misfired and should apologise to Dr Dennis Brutu Otuaro and High Chief Government Ekpemupolo alias Tompolo for his unguided actions.

According to Chief Moni, Tompolo and Otuaro are respected leaders in the Niger Delta struggle and would never betray their own people.

Furthermore, the Meinbutu’s leadership urged stakeholders to support Tompolo and Otuaro in their efforts to secure the Nigeria coast and promote peaceful coexistence.

They condemned the “pull him down” syndrome and reminded everyone that Meinbutu was the first group to sign peace accords in Niger Delta during the Warri crisis.

They further said that Boyloaf and Jude Gbaboyor are aware that the alleged secret document was in the public space since in 2020, and that blaming innocent Dr Otuaro for such is the height of insensitivity and cluelessness.
