Military Recovers Weapons After Plateau Killings

Following the incident that occurred in Plateau, 130 illegal weapons have been recovered by the special Military Task Force, Operation Safe Haven.

The military task force, maintaining peace in Plateau state and its environs stated that 130 illegal weapons were recovered by hoodlums during special operation.

This is according to a statement by the Commander of operation, Maj. Gen. Abdulsalam Abubakar.

Abubakar said this when handing over the recovered weapons to the National Center for the control of small Arms in Jos.

He stated that the military will continue to steam tide the insecurities in Plateau, by using kinetic and non kinetic approaches.
