PAP Administrator, Otuaro Lauds Tinubu’s Youth-Friendly Reforms, Policies

Dr. Dennis Otuaro, Administrator of the Presidential Amnesty Programme (PAP), has commended President Bola Tinubu for his youth-friendly stance and commitment to the Niger Delta region. Speaking at the NDDC Executive Management Engagement with Ethnic Nationalities Youth Leaders and Selected Stakeholders in Port Harcourt, Rivers State, Otuaro encouraged the people of Niger Delta to support Tinubu’s administration due to his favorable disposition towards the region.

Otuaro highlighted Tinubu’s appointments of himself and Samuel Ogbuku as evidence of his commitment to the region. He urged patience with the President’s Renewed Hope Agenda, which aims to revamp Nigeria’s economy and fast-track development in the Niger Delta.

The PAP Administrator also emphasized the importance of peace and security in the region, warning youths against participating in the proposed national protests on August 1. He noted that the President is supporting the PAP’s efforts to empower over 1,000 youths this year and increase scholarship beneficiaries to 500 Niger Delta students.

Otuaro also announced plans for a women’s summit to interface with female stakeholders in the region, prioritizing women in the PAP’s stakeholders policy. He commended the NDDC for organizing the sensitization meeting and pledged PAP’s readiness to partner with the agency.
