PAP: Otuaro receives four graduating aviation students from South Africa

The administrator of the presidential Amnesty Programme, PAP, Dr Dennis Brutu Otuaro has received Four Nigerian Pilots Return from South Africa with Specialized Aviation Training.

 

This remark was made while he was receiving them in his office on Friday.

 

The statement reads,” On Friday I had the pleasure of welcoming four beneficiaries of the PAP Aviation Trainee Programme to my office. These individuals recently completed their training at SimAero, a prestigious aviation training institute in Johannesburg, South Africa.

 

The group consisted of two pilots who obtained their ERJ-145 Type Rating, qualifying them to operate Embraer ERJ-145 regional jets, and two pilots who achieved their ATR-72 500 Type Rating, enabling them to fly ATR-72 500 turboprop aircraft.

 

The pilots expressed their heartfelt gratitude for the encouragement they received to pursue their certification training. “I am thrilled to see them complete their training programme and obtain their licenses” Otuaro stated.

 

“These talented young Nigerians have acquired high-level skills that will make them valuable assets to the Nigerian aviation industry and the global aviation sector. Their contribution will undoubtedly lead to the growth and expertise of the industry.

 

“This achievement is a testament to the effectiveness of the PAP Aviation Trainee Programme in developing the skills of Nigerian pilots. I look forward to seeing these pilots excel in their careers and make a positive impact in the aviation industry.” ,he noted.
