Political associates, friends converge in Ovwian to sympathize with Ebisine Kofee over the demise of his father

Following the demise of Pa Patrick Monde Amasuomo, the father of a foremost political leader in Burutu Local Government Area of Delta State, Hon. Ebisine Kofee Amasuomo, friends, political associates and family members have continued to trip into the family’s Ovwian residence to sympathize with him and his other siblings.

It would be recalled that Pa Patrick Monde Amasuomo died at 82years at Lonia Hospital, Udu Road, on Sunday 29th May 2022 after a brief illness.

Several dignitaries from all walks of life converged in his son’s (Ebisine Kofee) residence today June 3, in an event organised to mark the end of the open condolence visit as the tradition demands.

Among dignitaries who were present were Chief Julius Takeme, PDP Delta South senatorial chairman, Hon. Godwin Edumogiren, Special Adviser to the Governor of Delta State, Hon. Paul Kurugbe, 2nd Member SUBEB, Hon. Godknows Angele, Chairman Burutu LGA, His vice Combulos Ekisa, Pereotubo Oweilami Esq, Former IYC president, Comrade Ozobo Austin, SA political to Delta State Governor.

Others were Mr Ekanpou Enewaridideke SA political to Delta State Governor, Chief Isaac Seide, Hon. Georgina Evah, Mr Akari, Rt. Hon. Spencer Takeme, leader of Burutu legislative arm, Alaowei Cleric Esq, SA political to Delta State Governor, Mr Ahmed Sabaikumo, Princess Queen Perekeme, Secretary to Burutu LGA, Mr Sunny Perekeme, activists, Newspaper CEOs and others.

The event was witnessed by a live music band display by Sir Best May, coupled with powerful dance entertainment.

The sympathizers assured him(Hon. Ebisine) of full support during his father’s funeral which would take place in his home town (Ayakoromo) in a couple of months to come.

Ebisine, however, expressed gratitude to all sympathizers who visited him and others of his siblings to support and condole with them over their father’s demise.
