Mama Rachel Alaowei For Burial February 16

The family of late Mama Rachel Alaowei has announced her funeral arrangement. Utill her death, she was the mother of the Niger Delta rights activist, Alaowei Cleric, Esquire.

According to a statement signed by Mr. Bornvita Courtware for the children and Mr. Matthew Monzimo for the family, the burial would take place at Eseimogbene Community in Burutu Local Government Area of Delta State on the 16th February, 2024.

The family further said the body of late Mama Rachel would leave Central Hospital, Warri in a motorcade and boat regatta to her home town, Eseimogbene in Burutu Local Government Area of Delta State.

The statement added that the funeral mass would commenced from 10am to 1pm, at Christ Divine and Gospel Mission Church (CDGM) and from 1pm to 1:30 pm interment of the body at her compound, Eseimogbene, while from 1:30 pm till down, social wake-keep at Eseimogbene Community Playground.

The statement urged that live music band display would be done by Bestman May and Peter MD.
“The general public is by this information invited to the burial ceremony”, they added.
