Otuaro Salutes Former Gov Ibori On Birth Anniversary

The immediate past Deputy Governor of Delta State, H.E. Dcn. Kingsley B. Otuaro, Esq, FSPSP, extended heartfelt congratulations to Chief James Onanife Ibori as he marked his historic birth anniversary.
