PAP: Buckingham Palace Celebrates Otuaro On Appointment As Administrator

The leadership and members of the Niger Delta Buckingham Palace, have heartedly congratulated Dr. Dennis Otuaro (PhD) on his appointment as the Administrator of the Presidential Amnesty Programme (PAP).

 

This was contained in a statement by its president, Mr. Bekes Apere and Mr. Brown Ogei, Secretary on Sunday.

 

According to the group, Dr. Otuaro’s appointment was a square peg in a round hole, adding that the appointment was well deserved.

 

The statement reads, “Dr. Otuaro has played cardinal roles at different times in the struggle for the emancipation and advancement of the people of the Niger Delta.

 

“We have no doubt that Dr. Otuaro will do well in this new office. Our trust is reinforced by the fact that over the years Dr. Otuaro has shown a strong determination that is characterised by consistency, excellence, diligence and resilience for the Niger Delta struggle.

 

“Certainly, Dr. Otuaro will bring his vast range of experiences to rejig the Presidential Amnesty Programme for optimal outcomes in line with the original vision of the programme.

 

“Accordingly, we sincerely pledge our unalloyed support to the new PAP boss and wish him a successful tenure in office. We equally appeal to all the stakeholders in the Niger Delta and beyond to support Dr. Otuaro to succeed.

 

The group, however appreciated

President Bola Ahmed Tinubu for appointing another worthy son of Ijaw Nation, Otuaro to a strategic position in his government.

 

The group said, “We wish to thank President Bola Ahmed Tinubu for appointing another worthy son of Ijaw Nation, Otuaro to a strategic position in his government. May the Renewed Hope Agenda of Mr. President succeed”.
