PAP: Otuaro Reinstates Suspended Foreign Educational Training, Scholarship Programmes

Dr. Dennis Otuaro, Administrator of the Presidential Amnesty Programme (PAP), has announced the reinstatement of suspended foreign educational training and scholarship programmes. This was disclosed during a leaders and stakeholders meeting in Warri, Delta State, over the weekend.

According to Otuaro, the reinstatement aimed to support the educational development of beneficiaries and empower them with skills and knowledge.

However, Otuaro’s decision is expected to revitalize the programme’s objective of promoting academic excellence and human capacity development in the Niger Delta region.

The move has been widely welcomed by stakeholders, who see it as a positive step towards addressing the educational needs of the Niger Delta region.
