PAP: Otuaro working to improve delegates stipends, support him -3rd phase leader Ogidigba

The National Chairman of Phase 3 of the Presidential Amnesty Programme, Gen. Ogidigba Godstime Ogidigba, has called for dialogue to address concerns surrounding the programme, including the proposed increase of the monthly stipend and the reinstatement of delisted delegates, adding that the PAP Boss is working to improve things for beneficiaries.

Speaking on the issue, Ogidigba urged leaders across Phases 1, 2, and 3 to channel their grievances through Government Oweizide Ekpemupolo, popularly known as Tompolo, whom he described as the recognised leader of the Amnesty Programme.

He expressed concern over the economic hardship faced by beneficiaries, noting that the current monthly stipend of ₦65,000 is no longer sufficient to support families amid rising living costs in Nigeria. According to him, many delegates rely solely on the stipend for survival.

Ogidigba appealed to key stakeholders and leaders within the programme to consider the welfare of delegates and work towards a peaceful resolution of all outstanding issues.

He concluded by calling on all parties involved to embrace dialogue and give peace a chance.
