PAP: 3rd Phase Leader, Ogidigba Commends Otuaro Over Batch 6 Leadership Training

The leadership of the third Phase Presidential Amnesty Programme led by Gen Godstime Ogidigba has applauded the administration of Chief Dennis Otuaro following the successful completion of Batch 6 of the Leadership and Alternative Dispute Resolution training.

In a statement made available on July 8, 2026, the National Chairman, Gen. Ogidigba Godstime Ogidigba, said the training exercise will deepen the understanding of Niger Deltans on conflict resolution and peaceful dispute management.

Gen. Ogidigba appealed to leaders and stakeholders to exercise patience and support Chief Otuaro’s vision for educational transformation in the region, noting that his administration is laying a solid foundation for future generations.

He assured of the continuity of the training program and commended the transparency, accountability, and inclusive leadership style of the PAP under Chief Otuaro.

The National Chairman further urged traditional rulers, opinion leaders, community heads, women leaders, and youth bodies to continue to rally support for the Otuaro administration for the continued development of the Niger Delta.
