PDP Chair, Odogwu Inaugurates Burutu Ward Excos, Charges Them to Work for Party’s Success

The Chairman of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in Burutu Local Government Area, God’spower Odogwu PhD, has inaugurated the newly elected ward executives, charging them to work tirelessly for the party’s success in future elections.
The inauguration ceremony, which took place at the Burutu town hall, was attended by party leaders, stakeholders, and members from across the local government area.
Dr. Odogwu congratulated the newly elected executives on their victory, emphasising the importance of their roles in strengthening the party at the grassroots level. He urged them to work in harmony, foster unity among party members, and promote the party’s ideals.
The Burutu PDP chairman emphasised the need for effective communication, grassroots mobilization, and inclusive leadership, stating, “Your election is a call to service, and I charge you to be committed, dedicated, and loyal to the party.”
Dr. Odogwu also encouraged the executives to engage in robust membership drives, resolve conflicts amicably, and support the party’s candidates in future elections.
The newly inaugurated ward executives include:, Ward Chairmen, Vice Chairmen, Secretaries, Treasurers, Publicity Secretaries, Organizing Secretaries,Women Leaders and Youth Leaders of the 20 wards in the LGA.
In their response, the newly elected executives pledged to work assiduously to strengthen the party, ensure victory in future elections, and justify the confidence reposed in them.
In the same vein, the Burutu LGA council chairman, Chief Julius Takeme, who was represented by his vice Chief Georgina Evah also admonished the newly inaugurated 20 ward executives on unity and hard work.
