@61: DESOPADEC Contractors’ Forum Celebrates Gov Oborewori

The DESOPADEC Contractors’ Forum has sent a heartfelt message of congratulations to Governor Sheriff Oborevwori on his 61st birthday, praising his visionary leadership and remarkable achievements in office.
