PAP: 3rd Phase Delegates Unite at Delta Conference, Warn Impostors

The 3rd phase ex-agitators converged in Warri, Delta State for a unity conference, where they put aside their differences, factions and came together under one leadership led by General Ogidigba Godstime, as national chairman.
The national reconciliatory conference was attended by various Third Phase ex-agitators
both past and present leaders of the third phase from all over Niger Delta States.
The conference which was held on Sunday Sept 28, brought to an end all grievances and factions among third phase delegates of the presidential Amnesty programme.
Speaking at the conference, General Ogidigba Godstime, the third phase national chairman, said the meeting aimed to unite the various factions and ensure a collective voice for the Niger Delta region.
It was gathered that the ex-agitators came together to promote unity among the Ijaw and Urhobo ex-agitators and communities in the region.
The conference sought to ensure that the third phase delegates spoke with one voice in its dealings with the Amnesty Office.
The national chairman, General Ogidigba emphasized the need for a unified leadership to effectively address the needs of the third phase delegates and Niger Delta region.
The participants who spoke at the event cautioned Slabor Elaye, the outgoing chairman to stop parading himself as national chairman. The conference emphasised that his two years tenure has elapsed, adding that the public should disregard his fraudulent activities and that he is an impostor and impersonator.
