Meinbutus mourns passing of Pa Clark, describes him as irreplaceable

The MEINBUTUS Federated Community Worldwide BoT Members are mourning the loss of Pa Edwin Kiagbodo Clark, a national leader and elder statesman who championed the cause of the Ijaw nation and Niger Delta region.
According to the BoT Members, Chief Comr EBIS MONI, BOT Chairman MEINBUTU, Comr Michael Loyibo, Comr Lawrence
Akpeti, Comr Dibi Yinkore, Comr Orlando Commander, Comr Richard Debekeme, Comr Isokowini Akasa, foremost freedom fighters in Niger Delta region said his passing has created a significant leadership vacuum, and they are urging unity and continued struggle for liberation of the Ijaw people.
Moni, Chairman of the MEINBUTU BOT, described Pa Clark as a fighter for justice who dedicated his life to advancing the Ijaw nation, Niger Delta, and Nigeria as a whole. Moni recalled a personal experience with Pa Clark during the Warri crisis in 2000, where Clark advised him to stop fighting the oil companies and that a development was coming and that is how the interventionist agency NDDC was created.
The MEINBUTUS BOT membership is calling on the Ijaw nation to unite and continue the fight for their rights, honoring Pa Clark’s memory and legacy. They pray that his soul rests in perfect peace and that his family, the Ijaw nation, Niger Delta, and Nigeria as a whole find the strength to bear the irreplaceable loss.
