Ministerial List Circulated Online Fabricated, Untrue – Presidency

Following the battle for who will, and who will not make the list of the cabinet of the present administration of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, an unverified list has surfaced online as a list for Tinubu’s cabinet.

The list comprised Nyesom Wike, the former governor of Rivers state and the lead member of G5 PDP governors who worked against their party’s presidential candidate, Atiku Abubakar, during the 2023 presidential election

According to the unverified online ministerial list, Rabiu Musa Kwakwaso, who was a presidential candidate under New Nigeria People Party, NNPP, was also made the cabinet list, and immediate former governor of Osun State, Gboyega Oyetola.

Others include Prof. C. Abraham – Abia State, Sen. Aishatu Dahiru Ahmed – Adamawa State, Dr Mrs J. Ekanem – Akwa Ibom State, Sen. Andy Uba – Anambra State, Alhaji, Isa Yuguda – Bauchi State, Mr Timi Alaibe – Bayelsa State, Rt. Hon. E. Jime – Benue State, Sen. Abubakar Kyari – Borno State, Sen. Ben Ayade – Cross River State, Peter Godsday Orubebe – Delta State, Julius Ali Ucha – Ebonyi State, Mr Lucky Imasuen – Edo State, Prince Dayo Adeyeye – Ekiti State, Rt. Hon. I. Ugwanyi – Enugu State, Alhaji, Umar Abdullahi – Gombe State, Nnamdi Anyaechie – Imo State, Hon. Farouk Aliyu – Jigawa State, Muhammad Sani Abdullahi – Kaduna State, Sen. Abu Ibrahim – Katsina State.

Atiku Bagudu – Kebbi State, Rt. Hon. James Faleke – Kogi State, Gbemisola Saraki – Kwara State, Mr Olabode Agusto – Lagos State, Sen. Tanko Almakura – Nasarawa State, Nasko Usman – Niger State, Rt. Hon. Olademiji Bankole – Ogun State, Dr O. Bamidele – Ondo State, Asiwaju M.O. Adebayo – Oyo State, Rt. Hon. Simon Lalong – Plateau State, Alhaji Musa Adar – Sokoto State Emmanuel Bwacha – Taraba State, Bashir Machina – Yobe State Damaturu, Sen. Kabir Garba Marafa – Zamfara State, Hon. Zakari Dobi – FCT.

Meantime, a presidential source said Tinubu’s ministerial list is yet to be presented at the senate plenary, adding that the list flying online could be fake.

However, Congress News fact-checking the authentication of the list, the Senate order paper for today’s Wednesday, July 26, 2023, plenary session didn’t show any ministerial list on the order paper.
